Night of the Illuminated Synagogues

Yesterday there was the night of the ‘Illuminated Synagogues’ to remember the victims of the November pogroms in 1938. To bring the destroyed synagogues to our minds, every former place was illuminated with a bright spot. The lights were accompanied by a voice installation reading the names of the victims and sounds of breaking glass.

If you are interested in emerging and affordable art, do not look any further than Tappan Collective. Chelsea Neman and Jordan Klein founded the collective to offer young artists a plattform to exhibit and sell their works.
