Herzmansky was one of the first department stores in Vienna. It was founded by August Herzmansky in 1863. The store was located on the Mariahilferstrasse 26-30/Stiftgasse 3 in the seventh district of Vienna. Since 1998 the buidling holds a Peek & Cloppenburg fashion store. Unfortunately most of the building was destroyed in a fire, only a small part was left undamaged and showcases the original fine decoration – as you can see above.
The Lomography City Guide Vienna offers a refreshing view of Vienna. 54 photographers give 244 hints for new and re-discovering the city. The more than 1400 Lomo photos are certainly the highlight of this guide.

An exhebition on naked men (1800 until today) in the Leopold Museum.
From 19 10 2012 to 28 01 2013.
The poster for the exhebition was quite a scandal in Vienna, as, oh my god, naked men were on it. If it had been naked women, nobody would have cared …

Very nice and handmade backpacks.

What about the “merry xmas” ones for Christmas?

A very nice idea for decorating your ears. If you don’ t want to buy, do it your yourself! Also a nice idea for a handmade gift.
